Employee documents got not only a new look but also new logic.
You won't need to create folders for every employee anymore to keep files organised. New functionality allows for creating document folders for the whole company at once as well as managing them.
🙌 Don't worry! All your current documents are safe and sound. You can still find them in the employee's card documents, they are named now
Legacy documents
. Just like before, they still can be downloaded or deleted if you no longer wish to keep them. We advise you to move your documents to the new Documents
section. To do so click the three-dot menu next to your file name and select Move to folder
. To create folders for your company go to Settings
(you will now find them at the end of the sidebar)
and go to the Documents
page there. It now has both: managing document folders and document templates for employees. To get you started we have already added Payslips and Contract folders to your account. You can edit or delete them and also add your own folders.Please note, that folders cannot contain other folders in them anymore and files must belong to a folder.

Save your time by finding a ready-made survey to run instead of coming up with questions. You are free to tailor our templates to your liking before running the survey.
We already made 6 templates available and will be adding more different topics in future. Our new templates are:

- Gallup Q12 alternate questions
- Engagement index
- Stress Management
- Employee Satisfaction
- Team Performance
To create a survey from a template head to
Surveys
in your sidebar and click Create survey
. The button will suggest you 2 options: to create from a template (choose this to open the template library) or from scratch (start a brand new survey and put your own questions there).Once you select to create from a template you will see our survey library with new templates. You can view questions and comment requirements. After you found your template you can use it and adjust questions to your liking before you launch your survey.

Do you prefer working from home, from the office or mixed work?
This is one of the questions you can easily ask with this release. It brings Polls into the announcements feed. Polls consist of one question and can have multiple answer options. Employees can select only one answer option and polls are anonymous.
⭐ Some polls ideas to start:
- ask if they have any questions about your company policy changes
- asking who is planning to attend a Pizza party or some other event
- if employees like new coffee beans in the office
Notification about the poll can also be optionally sent to email. All polls are displayed together with announcements and, just as announcements, can be assigned to particular employees from a department, division or other fields.
Polls are available with any module selected.
New report fully dedicated to allowing users quickly access the list of emergency contacts across the company.

Welcome 2 new languages to PeopleForce! We added support of Polish and Spanish, making it a total of 5 languages supported, also including English, Ukrainian, Russian.
To update your language preferences go to your account settings and choose the language.
Meet KPIs - our newest addition to PeoplePerform module!
What are KPIs?
KPI - Key Performance Indicator
is a way to evaluate the success of processes. They are quantifiable measures of performance that a business indicates for itself 📈.To enable KPIs go to Settings -> General and find PeoplePerform block, there you need to tick the KPI checkbox and save the changes. There you can also enable/disable OKRs (objectives) for your company.
When users will create their KPIs and start tracking the progress you can view it in the company's KPIs dashboard or in the report. Based on how KPIs is performing Peopleforce will automatically set the health of the KPI. If KPI's current value is lower than the target value - then KPI is 'at risk', if the current value is equal to or higher than the current value then KPI is 'healthy'. Special widgets will help you quickly understand how your KPIs are performing.
Make you recruiting GDPR compliant
Now you can configure GDPR setting for your recruitment process 📁
- Add a checkbox to your career site to gather applicant consent to processing personal data.
- Select time candidate data processing consent is valid for. When it will be around deadline system will automatically send an email to request consent again.
Now you can create observed and compensated days for you holidays.
How does it work? Let's show on examples.
Example 1. Easter observed holiday
Easter is a state holiday, but it always occurs on Sunday, which is already a holiday. That's why we make an additional holiday on Monday after Easter, which is named 'observed holiday'.
1 - Edit you holiday and point observed day which we also make a holiday.
2 - Check changes on the calendar
3 - Enjoy new calculations in leave request
Example 2. 8th March bridge day
Another example could be 8th March, International Women's Day. It is a non-working holiday, and this year it occurs on Tuesday. It would be great to make Monday a holiday too, to have few days off in a queue. But then we need to make a carryover of a Monday's working day to Saturday.
In this case we will create additional holiday for Monday and it's compensation for Saturday.

Tired of searching candidates in different messengers?
Here is the solution 🎉
1 - Click on messenger icon next to candidate phone number (for Whatsapp and Viber) or user name (for Telegram).
Make sure that you have installed apps. And if the candidate does not have an account in the a messenger, you will be notified.
2 - Chat with the candidate will be opened after the click.
